1. Data We Process
- On-Device Data (stored locally): app preferences, favorites list,
user-created content, notification history, temporary cache files, and generated images.
- Optional Cloud Data: If you enable cloud sync, your user-generated
content and associated data are stored in your private cloud container and encrypted.
- Purchase Data: Anonymous transaction receipts and subscription status
are processed by Apple and third-party payment processors to unlock premium features.
- Diagnostics: Aggregated crash logs and basic, non-identifiable usage
metrics to improve stability and performance.
- Third-Party Requests: Content you submit for processing may be sent to
third-party services to provide app functionality.
2. How We Use Data
- Operate, maintain, and improve the app and its features.
- Validate purchases and manage subscriptions.
- Sync your content between devices when cloud sync is enabled.
- Send notifications if you opt-in.
- Analyze anonymized diagnostics to detect bugs and performance issues.
3. Sharing & Disclosure

- Payment processors – manage subscription status based on Apple
transaction receipts.
- Cloud storage providers – host and deliver app content and handle optional backups.
- We may disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Security
Data in transit is protected using TLS and, when stored in iCloud, encrypted at rest with
keys managed by Apple. While we follow industry best practices, no method of storage or
transmission is 100 % secure.
5. Data Retention
On-device data remains on your device until you delete the app. Optional cloud data remains

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal
data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please
contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Users
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our processors
operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses when
transferring data internationally.
